Indian Trail is located in northwestern portion of Union County and is about 15 miles southeast of Charlotte, located between Charlotte and Monroe. The town limits encompass approximately 20 square miles with an additional 15 square miles of planning area. Indian Trail was incorporated in 1907, and works hard to recognize it's history and come together as a community. Annual celebrations include a Fourth of July Parade, Christmas Parade, Halloween Candy Crawl and more. Population is approximately 33,500 people.
